History of HRP Construction Inc.
The company was originally formed as HRD Corporation in 1980 as an Excavating, Sewer and Watermain Contractor. In 1981, the name was changed to HRP CONSTRUCTION INC. The present management has been with the firm since that time.
The company is registered as a corporation in the State of Indiana.
Officers are as follows:
- Matthew Cain - President
- Nancy Knapik - Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer
HRP is licensed to perform work in both Indiana and Michigan.
HRP first became prequalified with the Indiana State Department of Transportation in the early 1980's. Since then, we have enjoyed high state prequalification limits with both the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Michigan Department of Transportation. We have also been prequalified by the Indiana State Port Commission, the Indiana Department of Administration (Public Works), and numerous other agencies and municipalities.
HRP is, and intends to remain, a 100% employee owned company.
